Welcome to my blog. My blog is mainly for the sharing of the many projects I make either for swaps, for gifts or just because I was inspired by something I saw on the internet and wanted to give it a try as well. I hope you enjoy what you see and if you have any questions be sure to send me a comment.

Link for Die Cut challenge.

New art journal pages.

Made a couple more pages for the art journal.  Sometimes while looking for one thing, I'll come across something else that I'll pull out and wonder what I can use it for instead of keeping it hidden away. Such is the case with my Nefertiti art.  She is painted on a piece of papyrus paper.  I purchased her at a gift shop in Vegas's Luxor hotel.  My "time to remember" page I made specifically for a challenge.

Modified Tri-fold Shutter Card

This card was recently featured on the Splitcoaststampers web site. Here is the link. http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/modifiedtri-shuttercard/    One of my stamp club member firends, Carol; further altered the measurements so that that we could make an A2 sized card.  Here is how mine turned out.  I used Graphic 45's new Couture paper line.

Tim Holtz January 2014 (tag) ATC

Got an early start to this years ATC since I didn't have to think of alternate ideas, as I had most of the product on hand.

Tim Holtz Tags of 2013

Another years comes to a close for the Tim's 12 Months tag project.  I am so glad that I again chose to do them in the ATC 2-1/2 x 3-1/2 size since I can purchase special trays to display them.  I originally was going to put these in book form.. but in the end didn't care for it.  So transfer them all to the display case.

Our 9th Grandson... Bruce Lee

Bruce Lee born Oct. 19 the at 12:17 in the morning.  8lbs 6oz, 20-3/4" long. Welcomed by his parents Sarah and Dan, and older brother Luke Daniel. Pictures with Nana (me), Momma and with Momma and brother Luke.

Latest Journal pages.

The cover was created using some old "paste paper"  I made in a class year ago.

The Butterfly page was created by with pigment inks to create a background using a direct to paper method.  Then I printed a clip art picture of a butterfly on top of it .  I am so pleased with how it turned out.
